Life isn’t always rosy, but there’s usually a little light to be found, if we’re willing to look for it.

Focus on what’s still working, what the experience has taught you, or how you’re grown. Sometimes the lesson is obvious. Other times, it’s quiet and slow to show up. But it’s there.

Perspective matters. The more I focus on the positive, the more positive things I notice. It’s a simple shift in mindset that makes a real difference.

Even the hard stuff can teach us something, shape us, or move us forward in unexpected ways.

I circled back to this coloring page for week 41 of my coloring journey. I had fun digitally coloring this page with Procreate, and I really like the bright colors and they way it turned out. What do you think about this page?
