  1. Securityof Your Personal Information

We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to ensure the safety of and prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information.  We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers.  All electronic financial transactions entered into through the Site will be protected by encryption technology.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

You are responsible for keeping any password you use to access the Site confidential.

  1. Cookies uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser.  The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.  Cookies may be either “session” cookies or “persistent” cookies.  A session cookie will expire at the end of the user session when the web browser is closed.  A persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date. Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.  We may use both session and persistent cookies on the Site.

Consenting to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of the Policy when you first visit the Site permits us to use cookies every time you visit the Site.

We may use cookies on the Site to:

  • Recognize a computer when a user visits the Site;
  • Track users as they navigate the Site;
  • Enable the use of a shopping cart on the Site and to track cart contents while you’re browsing the Site;
  • Improve the Site’s usability;

  1. Third Party Websites may include hyperlinks to, or videos, images, articles, or other embedded content from third party websites.  Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.  These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.  We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of third parties.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

For example, we will store order information for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews that you leave.  If you leave a comment or review, its metadata is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. All users, as well as website administrators, can see, edit, or delete their user profile at any time (except they cannot change their username).

No refunds will be given as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.
