Focus On Your Blessings, And Peace Will Follow! This coloring page is from Live Your Dreams Coloring Journal.
It’s easy to feel anxious about the future and the unknown. It’s easy to focus on what’s missing, what’s going wrong, or what we wish we had. But in the middle of all that noise, there’s a quiet path back to peace. And it starts with one simple habit: focusing on your blessings.
It sounds almost too simple, doesn’t it? But gratitude has a powerful way of shifting our perspective. When we pause and look at what we do have—what’s right in front of us—it calms the storm inside. Suddenly, the things that felt urgent lose some of their grip. The worries shrink, the pressure eases, and peace begins to return.
List your blessings – maybe it’s the roof over your head, the friend who always shows up, the laughter of your child, a warm cup of coffee on a quiet morning, or the fact that you made it through another hard day. These may seem like small things, but when you start naming them, you realize how full your life already is.
Gratitude doesn’t ignore the challenges—it just puts them into perspective. It reminds us that even when things aren’t perfect, they’re still meaningful. Even during times of struggle, there is still beauty. Peace doesn’t come from having everything, but from appreciating what we already have.
So today, take a moment and breathe. Look around. Count the good. Say “thank you” for the little things. Write them down. Speak them out loud. And, let them anchor you.
When your heart is full of gratitude, there’s less room for anxiety, less room for jealousy, less room for fear, and so much more room for peace!
This is week 22 of my coloring journey – Again, I digitally colored this page using Procreate. I think I’m slowly getting better at choosing color schemes.
