Life is a long and winding road—filled with surprises, challenges, and unexpected turns. We often measure our progress by the milestones we reach, but there is something much more important. It’s not where you’re going, but who you travel with that truly defines the journey.

Looking back on my life, I’m grateful for the friends who have walked beside me during both the smooth stretches and the rough patches; they have brought immeasurable joy, laughter, support, and meaning to my life.

While I believe friendship is about quality over quantity, and a single good friend who truly sees you, supports you, and believes in you can make all the difference, I’ve been lucky to have a large circle of incredible people who continue to enrich my world in more ways than I can count. Each one has added something unique to my journey: perspective, encouragement, humor, honesty, kindness, and a whole lot of unforgettable memories.

None of these friendships happened by accident: you have to be a friend to have a friend. Showing up, listening, being kind, being honest – these are the things that enable real connection. When you invest in others with sincerity and heart, you attract people who do the same.

So while the road ahead may still be uncertain, I know that with the right people beside me, the journey becomes more meaningful – the laughter is louder, the burdens are lighter, and the detours often turn out to be the most memorable parts!
