You were born to shine.

Don’t water yourself down to make others comfortable. Don’t play small because someone told you that you were “too much.” The people who are meant to be in your life will celebrate your shine, not shy away from it. And those who don’t? Let them walk their path while you keep lighting yours.

You don’t have to be loud to shine brightly; you just have to be true. When you show up as your whole self—unfiltered, a little weird, beautifully imperfect—you give others permission to do the same.

So go ahead: dream big, speak truth, laugh loudly, dance weird, wear what makes you feel alive, and create what sets your soul on fire. Own your light, and let it shine without apology.

This is week 32 of my coloring journey – as usual, I digitally colored this page using Procreate. For this one, I used a gouache pen, and I kind of like the loose flow of the colors.
