Be Kind! This coloring page is from Live Your Dreams Coloring Journal.

If there’s one thing our world needs more of right now, it’s kindness.

Stress is high; patience is low. It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos, to react quickly, and to forget that behind every face we pass, there is a story we can’t see.

But here’s the truth: kindness matters. It always has, and it always will.

Kindness is simple. It costs nothing, but its impact can be life-changing. A kind word, a gentle tone, a helping hand, or even just a smile can shift someone’s whole day—sometimes even their whole outlook. It doesn’t have to be grand. It just has to be sincere.

Now more than ever, we need to choose compassion over judgment, to give grace instead of criticism, and to assume good intentions. We never know what burden someone else is carrying. We can’t fix everything, but we can choose to be gentle with one another.

Kindness is contagious. One small act can spark another, and another, creating a ripple far beyond what you can see. Imagine a world where kindness becomes the norm instead of the exception—where we show up for each other, even in small ways, every day.

So be the kindness you want to see in the world. Hold the door. Send the text. Listen without interrupting. Say thank you. Forgive quickly. Smile more. Give people grace.

Kindness won’t solve every problem, but it’s a good place to start. And it just might be the very thing someone else needs to keep going.

Choose kindness—our world needs it now more than ever.

This is week 23 of my coloring journey – I changed it up and used a gouache brush in Procreate, rather than the standard, solid pen I’ve been using.  The process of building up the color is much like using regular crayons, colored pencils, or water colors, and the result is also in line with using one of those physical mediums.

If you have the Live Your Dreams Coloring Journal, and have already colored this page, I’d love to see how yours turned out! You can send a photo of it to me at Kim@KimMarieLiveYourDreams.com or tag me in your Facebook or Instagram post.  If you don’t already have the journal, and you’d like to join in the fun, you can get your copy from my online shop.
